Features of Conveyor Chain :

1. High Strength:
During the die forging process, the metal material undergoes complex plastic deformation under the constraint of the die. This deformation optimizes the grain structure inside the metal, eliminating defects such as pores and porosity that may occur during the casting process, thereby making the metal structure of the chain more compact and uniform. This endows the drop-forged chain with extremely high strength and toughness. It can withstand huge pulling forces without deformation and can maintain good performance when facing sudden impacts, such as the impacts generated by sudden start or stop in a high-speed running conveying system. This significantly reduces the risk of chain breakage and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the entire system.

2. High Precision:
